Success Story: 1st Additive Manufacturing Clamp via Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing

We are honoured to be entrusted with the opportunity to design, engineer, and produce an online leak-sealing clamp through Additive Manufacturing. The project involved comprehensive design validation, detailed engineering analysis, and stringent quality control processes to ensure the component met demanding operational and safety requirements.

The ProClamp® was successfully hydrotested at 90 bar, confirming its structural integrity, reliability, and performance under pressure. This successful validation demonstrates WAAM’s capability to produce robust, engineered components suitable for real-world industrial environments.
