ProClamp®
Engineered Clamp for Leak Repairs.
ProClamp® is an engineered online leak sealing (OLS) mechanical clamp repair system developed to rehabilitate leaking pipes, pipeline, and its components. ProClamp® OLS system effectively integrating three attributes of online leak sealing technology: clamp, sealant, and injection tools.
ProClamp® is suitable to repair leak situation and can be performed without the need of Shut Down. ProClamp® is based on engineered two halved clamps, bolted, and injected with sealing compound constructed based on ASME VIII Div.1 and compliant with ASME PCC-2.
ProClamp® can be used to repair leaking metallic substrates i.e., piping, pipeline, and its components namely flanges, tee, elbow, reducer, including valve bonnet applicable from cryogenic to extreme high temperature service conditions.
ProSeal™ sealant compound are capable of covering leaks within a wide range of temperatures and pressures, also compatible with most type of chemicals acids.

ProClamp® SS600
ProClamp® SS600 is Bureau Veritas (BV) certified clamp. It can be used to repair leaks on a wide range of pressure, temperature and various mediums including oil, water, gas, steam, and chemical pipelines.
SPECIFICATIONS
ProClamp® SS600 is designed and manufactured in accordance to ASME Section VIII Div I and ASME PCC-2. ProClamp® SS600 is ANSI Pressure Class 600.
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
ProClamp® SS600 can be installed using common tools, weldable and serviceable including gasket/seal replacement.
