IO Setia Ventures Sdn Bhd (IOSV) is committed to establish, implement and maintain the Occupational, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System Policy for the company's business activities, product and services.
The commitments by IOSV will include the following:
IOSV will provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work related injury, ill health and is appropriate to the purpose, size and context of the organization including the nature, scale and its HSE impacts, risk and opportunities.
IOSV will comply with all applicable laws, other relevant requirements and industry standards of HSE Management system at all time.
IOSV will do continual improvements on HSE management system by providing products and services that leaves no negative impact to the environment and reduces or eliminate HSE risk.
Top management personnel and employees of. IOSV shall conduct the goals and objectives of the HSE Management System.
IOSV believes that effective HSE management is a good business, IOSV is committed to do continual improvement of HSE management system and will eliminate or reduce hazards and risk of HSE.
IOSV will communicate and consults this policy to its employees, clients, contractors, suppliers, partners and surrounding communities in order to achieve the goals and to implement this policy.
Management is committed to consultation and participation of employees through the HSE Committee in HSE programs.
Quality Policy
IO Setia Ventures Sdn Bhd is committed to become a global player as an excellent manufacturer as well as service provider for Composite Wrapping products and On-Line Leak Sealing Control and Parts for Aerospace Industry.
We believe that key to success in this regard is through continues implementation of effective Quality Management System in our organization. Our system ensure that effective controls are consistently applied to our work processes without compromising the Health, Safety of personnel and impacting the environment and Climate changed.
In order to achieve the above objectives, we established the following strategies:
- Implementing of International Quality Management Standards ISO 9001 and AS9100D to build customer satisfaction level and in line with their needs and requirement
- To improved staffs' leadership development and capability building through regimented and systematic training program
- To expand into value added and downstream activities and operations through business decision making tool and strategic partnership
- Deployment of Quality alert to all within the organization
- Communicate the quality requirements to both internal and external parties
- Increase awareness on main quality problems at all level
